Initially, we achieved remarkable revenue growth by identifying major gaps in pricing, follow-up motions, and sales education to the prospect during the economic downturn of 2008. Specifically targeting the construction industry as our major customer market, we incorporated a new pricing structure, meticulous follow-up motions, and a new value proposition. Consequently, the results were an astounding 218.34% revenue growth increase year over year.
Building on this success, our executive sales leadership crafted company-wide sales conversion strategies that are second to none. We successfully transitioned our customer base from perpetual license models to SaaS, resulting in a remarkable 2.3x revenue increase and minimal customer churn.
Further solidifying our expertise, we’ve built and led enterprise sales teams in global markets.
